“Loved the property The property managers were so nice. The check in and check out was super simple. The screened in porch was fantastic. I was very happy finding that it was pet friendly, as I had two dogs. There was plenty enough space for us. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.”

“This was great access to Mount Airy, Pilot Mountain and Winston-Salem. 20 min to Mount Airy and WS. The place was comfortable and enjoyable with a beautiful view. I will stay there again! I will bring my own Keurig coffee and bring comfortable slippers to walk around. The floor is not carpeted, no complaints, just advice to bring comfy slippers. ”

“This was one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in! It was stocked with anything you may need! They’ve thought of everything! We cooked meals there and they had everything needed. We enjoyed the hot tub a couple times. Beautiful rolling green fields and flowers in April!”

“We loved our time on Bassett Road! The house was beautiful and well appointed. The hosts even left some Easter candy and a bottle of non-alcoholic wine - a very sweet touch!There were three generations of our family who were staying and there was plenty of room to spread out. Bedrooms were comfy for all of us.Wish we had more time to explire the area - what we saw was beautiful!”

“The property was amazing the only thing we wished was different is the water isnt able to be drank from the faucet and leaves behind a slightly unpleasent smell. Im assuming its well water considering the location of the house. But its worth dealing with for the privacy and virw ”

“Had a relaxing time at the Lake Front Cottege. It was so nice to wake up to see the lake every day & go kayaking when you wanted. Quiet neighbors & safe. Enjoyed patio fire at night. Clean kitchen. It has a you need in the kitchen. Has pillows& bed linens. We brought our own towels. Had dish soap, etc. Nice stay. Host was respectful & helpful”

“It was a nice stay and very unique. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The photos make the place look a bit newer than it is which was fine but we were expecting the place to be much more updated than it was. It still was great and really cozy. Our dog liked the area to run around and the neighbors were very far so it was private and quiet. We liked the smores but there were no smores sticks so we had to go get those which the store is pretty close so no biggie.……

We wanted to rebook for a few weeks from now but unfortunately for us, someone else is lucky enough to be staying in this charming cottage. We will definitely be rebooking! Can you tell we LOVED this place!”
