“had some issues checking in as the property was located in the middle of a residential area with inadequate signs. it was very airbnb-esqe, genuinely thought that we were screwed when we could not find the property after driving a few rounds. when we did find the property via a faded sign, there was no number on the sign to call as this property was not manned at all. to be fair they did whatsapp a message beforehand but it appeared as a foreign number and we do not entertain unsolicited……

“Dishonest hotel - it's our fault for accidentally leaving money (in red packet for CNY) in the room, but it is really disappointing that the staff denied everything without further investigation. We are 100% sure that we left the red packet in the room, our Malaysian friend helped to call multiple times, however the reception claimed that they did not find anything in the room which is totally nonsense. Please consider twice if you wish to stay in the hotel with such dishonest behavior.”
