“We loved the quick beach access and convenience of having a fenced yard for small children to safely play. The good: proximity to beach and town, individual apartments for families, bunk beds in a few apartments, a place to gather in one apartment, two picnic tables outside. The not-so-good: plumbing issues, damaged furniture, WiFi doesn't extend to all units, we ran out of toilet paper! Seriously, for a place that requires a minimum of 7 nights' stay, we had very little TP. Location:……

“We had a wonderful time here. It’s truly a tiny cabin in the woods. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked, appliances worked well, and Internet is available. If you’re going to stay a while, they have a washer & dryer. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. And, this is my new favorite beach on the Oregon coast. It’s a huge beach with few people. It was one of the better properties we’ve stayed at and a very relaxing time.”

“Nice place to stay when you are in the Rockaway Beach Area, walking distance to the beach and local stores. Local people in the area are very helpful when you ask them where in the best place to go visit. we walk around in the late night and we feel safe walking around. Dolphin unit 1, 2 and 3 where We stayed and each unit has its own kitchen and bath room and can sleep 22 as per advertised. Customer service are very helpful when you ask and needed something. will definitely rent this place……

“We really enjoyed being to hang out as a family instead of stuck in separate hotel rooms. We especially enjoyed the 2 living rooms so we could go upstairs to visit while others were play games downstairs. ”

“I loved the location and the privacy we felt in this home. Although there were next door neighbors they were not very visible through the trees on both sides of the house. The location is close to the coast yet close enough to run in to Portland several times to visit with family. If you plan to visit during the cooler weather months throw in an extra sweatshirt as the fireplace and space heaters just could’nt get the house warm enough to our liking, however we are old and like it toasty warm.……
