“Very good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast. Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. Then again Pelling is basically just a long road on the flank of the mountain with only hotels along the road. Not much to the place apart from the views of the……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Elgin Hotel. Our deluxe room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It also had a nice view. We loved the Victorian style of the main building where the reception, bar, lounge and library are located. All the rooms including the dining room were tastefully decorated. The antique furniture and the artifacts take you back to the colonial times. The food served in the restaurant was tasteful. What made the dining experience special was the excellent quality of……

“Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle……

“We booked this hotel for its heritage and its connection to various historical figures. What we hadn't counted on was such a warm welcome. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, and when we were asked what we would like for breakfast on the evening before, we requested some things that weren't on their breakfast menu (We hadn't seen it at that point)and they went out and bought them specially. We honestly cannot wait to visit again.”

Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.”

“It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience.”
