“That cabin was amazing! Large, Clean and warm without laud a/c noise!!! They left our key in envelope with clear map to get the cabin because we arrived after their business hour. “I thought it was going to be a touch to small but it worked out great. Outdoor cooking area was clean and worked for what it needed to do. The host came over to make sure everything was good and unexpected but greatly appreciated. If you have a trailor or RV the pumps to turn on and off are natural. If you are not familiar with that the host was more than happy to show you how to make it work. There are a few small shops to get food near by or just bring your own. Would book this place……

“I stayed here with my dog. The house is clean, well equipped, and very nicely decorated. The yard is enclosed, so my dog could go out and explore without me having to watch over him. the place is a couple of blocks from the downtown area. Its about 50 minutes from The Petrified forest and painted desert, and about 35 minutes from the Meteor Crater. over all i was very impressed with the rental. would not hesitate to come back if im ever in Winslow again. ”

“My adult daughter and I stayed 2 nights while visiting the Petrified Forest. We felt very comfortable and we very much appreciated the bagels and coffee that were left for our breakfast. Shockingly several inches of snow arrived on our second night ( despite being mid April) We were warm and cozy at the Bird Nest. I recommend this VRBO to anyone coming to the area ”

“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……

“Noisy, by the road, kind of shabby, not super clean. Climate control in our room was poor and unit was loud. We stayed at the Days Inn across the road on our return trip and the experience was much nicer. Stay away from the Bienvenedos Restaurant next door to the Quality Inn. Way overpriced for the quality of the food we received. Ice tea was like water....asked for another glass, the same. El Rancho restaurant down the road was great!... ”
