“Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )”

“The condo was real roomy and clean. Well stocked. Also, not far to walk to beach. Plan on coming back”

“My husband and I stayed for a week in this condo. It was very clean and well equipped. We had a marvelous time with marvelous weather. It was so nice being only a few steps to the beach. It was also very nice to be able to walk across the street and have a great meal and an ice cream! We will definitely be back!”

“Everything was great for a birthday weekend!!! Having a designated parking space (right across from the elevator but hard to read the numbers) is a huge plus. The balcony outdoor space is awesome... just like pictured except the couch is navy. We didn't use the grill or hot tub (someone comes to check the water every day to make sure it is safe/clean but they are only there 5-10 minutes) so I can't comment on those but the outdoor seating was very comfortable. “The stay was decent. The location was the best part, steps away from the beach but the overall cleanliness was below par (dust on the walls and food/hair in corners, etc). Pictures don’t show the true size of the stay but for a 1-2 person trip, it fits the need. ”

“Good location and we had everything we needed.Bathtub had hair from previous tenants but all else was clean.We had two issues related to the resort, not the suite. 1) The hot tub was full of kids from opening to closing along with their blowup animals so it couldn’t ever be used. 2) when leaving for breakfast one morning we saw a notice in the elevator that bug spraying was being done that day. At least one day notice should have been given so we could have had time to put away or cover food……

“My wife and I spent a workweek stay that really made the grade at Gulf Tower on the Gulf Shores Beach! Our rental was conveniently situated on a portion of the beach that almost felt private, involved less traffic and provided unobstructed views of the Gulf. We really desired privacy and were amply rewarded. Bender Properties were very easy to work with and checked on us several times via text messages to make sure we were satisfied. “Loved the house! Had everything we needed. Location on the beach couldn’t have been better. We had 7 kids under the age of 5 and it was so easy for us to get kids and gear to and from the beach. I would certainly stay there again. ”

“Loved the location. Right on the beach and close enough to walk to dinner without being too close to the noise and crowds. Condo could use some updates. The small table on the balcony has a broken leg and we were told the dishwasher needed repairs. Also had to grab a spare blanket out the car since one was not provided for the sofa bed (sheets only). Otherwise, it was a great spot for our short weekend stay. ”

“I came here with My Girlfriend and left extremely satisfied. the Breakfast there is top notch. I have been to some fancy hotels but the breakfast buffet there about $14 per person is second to none. The bed wasn't super soft but if you like it firm then it's no problem. The parking is about $10 a night which is fine unless you have a large SUV the deck there us super cramped and the parking fills up quickly.
