As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.

Guest Access:
As guests, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process.

Joshua Tree Village offers a quirky, eclectic, and vibrant collection of unique High Desert shops, restaurants, and music venues – all within easy walking distance of each other.

When you’re ready to explore, Joshua Tree National Park’s West Entrance is an 8-minute drive away.

You can find great eats, drinks, shops, and things to do within steps of your front door. Here are a few recommendations:
• Start your day at Joshua Tree Coffee Co., known for their famed coffee made from locally roasted beans (6-minute walk)
• Marvel at the handiwork at the World Famous Crochet Museum (3-minute walk)
• Pick up some lunch or a souvenir from the Joshua Tree Certified Farmers' Market, open Saturdays (8-minute walk)
• Find your next favorite read at Space Cowboy Books (2-minute walk)
• Perhaps close your day with the food, drinks and music offered at the rustic Joshua Tree Saloon (4-minute walk)

Up for a day trip? Don’t miss these area highlights - they’re worth the drive.
• Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum (9-minute drive) - As far from a stuffy gallery as you can imagine, this outdoor sculpture garden contains a unique collection of folk-art.
• Pioneertown (20-minute drive) - Put on your ten-gallon hat and stroll down Mane Street of this Wild West-inspired town, also known for Pappy & Harriet’s, a notable restaurant and venue.
• The Integratron (20-minute drive) - New age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process.
• Palm Springs (40-minute drive) - Artsy town known for vintage shopping, art galleries, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Getting Around:
Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

GPS is accurate, however please follow our directions as some of the other approaches take you down fairly rough roads.

Other Things to Note:
• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.

• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.

• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!

• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.

This home is close to everything in Joshua Tree. You can easily use the bicycles offered for free at the home to bike into the village for coffee, breakfast, a drink or a meal. The bocce ball court was such a lovely aspect for evening entertainment. The home is immaculate and all the finishes and dishes and linens are top notch!!

This was a perfect spot or visiting Joshua Tree and exploring the park. We enjoyed the outdoor space including the spa, pool and grill. The property was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at JT Country Kitchen was also amazing!!

We enjoyed having all the extras like the hot tub, cowboy tub, bocce and bikes. The property was very clean and welcoming. The coffee was a nice touch and came in handy when we went into the park at 2:30am to photograph the Milky Way. The house was well stocked with extra towels for the hot tub and blankets.

Perfect place for our six night stay to hike JTNP. Love the location relative to the park. Appreciated perks like the plug in for our hybrid vehicle, gas grill & hot tub for post-hike soak! Modern kitchen was well stocked for our multiple meals a day—pots, pans, utensils made us feel like home. The Casper bed was a treat—rarely do we get such a comfortable bed on a week long vacation! Living room set up was great after a long day on our feet. Comfy couch & simple tv operation. Safe, adorable and convenient house- short, easy & beautiful drive from PSP airport too. We’d do it all over again!

My wife and I decided to visit Joshua Tree with our dog and while booking last minute came across this small property for the weekend. The listing was very accurate with how it was described. Although the property near some run down homes, the property itself was very clean and the way it’s fenced off gives you plenty of privacy. The property is also just minutes away from stores, restaurants, and the JT visitor center. Everything inside the house is updated and was a perfect little spot for just us and our dog. The bedroom was comfortable, and the living room and kitchen were great! The backyard had some nice furniture along with a cowboy pool and a hot tub. The gas fire pit was very nice and gives off a great size flame for a nice bonfire. Our ONLY complaint is that the ground in the backyard was full of these little spikey thorns that would get stuck on the bottoms of our shoes every time we walked around the yard. We saw our dog limping around every now and then as the thorns would get stuck in her paws. It became a little frustrating as it was the only thing that would make hanging out in the yard uncomfortable. By the time we would come back in the house the bottom of our shoes were full of the thorns and are hard to get them out. We understand that this is just due to the environment we are in. We did let the owner of the house know and they did apologize for the inconvenience and would look into the situation to avoid this issue for future guests.

Place was nice. Comfortable bed, hot tub worked and was nice at night. Would recommend! Only reason for knocking off part of a star was because when we went to put sheets on the pull out bed, they were stained and kind of yuck. So we just laid a blanket down instead. Overall a great stay, easy to communicate with management company.

There are a few things I must have while staying at a vrbo- cleanliness, good kitchen, comfortable bed, location (safeness of property, proximity to what I’m visiting)- and this house had them all in spades. It was extremely clean and so beautifully decorated. The bed was heaven, with plenty of pillows. The house is minutes away from the north entrance to Joshua Tree, as well as within walking distance to the quirky town of Joshua tree. The manager was prompt with an email when I had a question. Also, beautiful backyard with a hot tub (!), bocce ball, bbq, great seating. Highly recommend this vrbo!

We really loved our weeklong stay at Skull Rock Cottage...it was a terrific location for exploring Joshua Tree National Park (just a 10 minute drive to the west entrance), and very comfortable for the two of us, as well as tastefully designed. Easy walk into town to get coffee or have a meal, good wifi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and the hot tub in the backyard was AMAZING after a long day of hiking. The neighborhood is a little bit of a mixed bag, to be sure, though the fenced backyard gave us complete privacy and we loved having outdoor space to hang out in when the weather was warm enough. Kudos to the property management folks for quick responses to our questions and an emergency fix on the kitchen sink, and please know I am recommending this and your other properties to friends and family who want to explore Joshua Tree National Park, which is one of a kind.

We stayed for 3 nights in this very nice, updated, modern home near Joshua Tree National Park. The home is very comfortable and full of amenities for all your needs. Great communication with property managers. Modern kitchen, laundry, very large smart TV and a huge yard with hot tub, plunge pool and fire pit. Pull out sofa bed in living room if necessary. One bed and one bath were spacious with king size bed and large shower in the attached bathroom. If you are planning a trip to JT park, this home would be perfect for your needs.

I truly had such a great time here! As a solo female traveler, the most important thing was that I felt 100% safe and secure at the house. The location is perfectly located, with easy park access and to the local shops/cafes/restaurants. While hiking left me too exhausted most nights to do anything but shower and sleep, the hot tub was such a nice treat! The team was communicative before and prior to check-in and I honestly cannot think of a single thing to improve upon. I would absolutely stay here again at my next visit to Joshua Tree.

Beware, this is a ONE bedroom property. It has been a week since I brought it to their attention and no changes have been made. We specifically needed a two bedroom rental. I let them know know as soon as we walked in about the inaccuracy of the listing. They assured me they would let management know and we even discussed a partial refund. I was ultimately charged the full amount. Very disappointed. I will only rent from individual owners from now on. I suggest you do the same. Place was nice and clean, but it is only one bedroom.

My wife and I had a great time staying at this smartly-decorated cottage. The hot tub felt great after a day of hiking in Joshua Tree. The decor was modern, efficient, and extremely clean (looked practically new). The location is great - you can take Park Boulevard into JT in the morning or drive over to the Twentynine Palms entrance to avoid the line. Good middle ground between Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms. The only negative about the location is that the neighbors are quite close, but there is a privacy fence.
