“We loved the house. It was cozy with beautiful views and lots of natural light. We enjoyed a fire in the outdoor fireplace one evening. The hosts had already prepared the wood. We just had to light it. Sitting in the dome was cool too. It was a quick walk to downtown for shopping or getting a coffee. We had a great time and wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“You wouldn't think that the quality of the build would matter - but this house is well built - no squeaks, everything fits and opens/closes perfectly. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It made for a cozy stay that made it easy to get to hiking in the area. Dena was a kind and attentive host, and we can't wait to come back!”

“We only stayed for one night but the property is magnificent. Communication with the host was flawless. Multiple texts detailing the procedures for checking in. Use Apple Maps for accurate directions. It’s a bit off the beaten path. Host sent a link for google maps. Google maps will not take you there. The price is my only negative with this property.”

“It was a wonderful location! The property was gorgeous and felt so cozy! I was a bit surprised when I found out later that this particular room to book is just a room with its own entrance attached to a house. I found that I would have appreciated that being stated a little more clearly, but perhaps I didn’t read all the details that well. There was one other couple in another mother-in-law style suit near us, and still it was quiet and nice. The lock box was a little confusing, but I think……

“This property was wonderful. Yes, it’s a great novelty to stay in a caboose. But the interior design was beautiful, and surprisingly spacious. We would definitely stay again when we come back to the Olympics. The temperature was comfortable. Even in January winter. I do recommend bringing slippers.”

They told us they had already rented ours for the following night and gave us a lesser room for the two nights, but for the same charge. BTW there did not appear to be anyone staying in our original room! This place is at least 20 minute drive from Port Angeles partially up a one lane dirt road. No food nearby, so travel to Port Angeles for meals. It is a hotel room, so no way to prepare food. Tripped……
