“cleanness's issue”

“I got boarded to room number 112 which was in good condition but drainage system was not working properly for bathroom. It got rectified in 2 hours though. Again after few days i stayed in room no. 204 and everything was okay in this room. My son enjoyed the most out of it. Overall it was good experience but i must say, options for dinner should be increased for both veg and non veg to make the stay memorable. ”

“It was good experience as a budget hotel. thankful to the ground staff and housekeeping as well. One suggestion please keep an extra pair of keys for the rooms please. One at reception and one for Guest. Over all good exp/ thanks”

“The washroom were not that clean ”

“接待人員不錯，有說明要非吸菸房，並有確實安排，但房內有股霉味，冰箱也未清潔，不大乾淨，無衛生紙，經去電才送來，好處是12點退房，可以待久一點，有附早報。”

“The room was totally different than the pictures posted online”

“Good customer service but the rooms had certain drainage issues, noise pollution from phones ringing all morning. I would not recommend stay for the price they charge for one night since there were a bunch of issues in the bathroom like water drainage and hygiene.”
