“spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. Communication with the front desk was great, we received multiple emails prior to our arrival with check in, property, and parking information. “The conditions of the room is far from satisfactory. The blind in one of our rooms was broken and I could see dead bugs on the blind.
