“パリからArbois へ日帰りのつもりが、ついレストランで時を過ごして帰れない時間に。翌日が帰国便だったため午前中にパリに帰るには、乗り換え駅のBourg-en-Bresseに一泊して早朝に出るのが最良！という判断で急遽予約し、短時間の滞在でしたが、思わぬ大当たりホテルでした！何と言っても駅から徒歩2分弱、この立地だと画一的チェーンホテルしか無いのが常なのに、素敵な螺旋階段を備えた歴史的建築（エレベーターも完備）！夜着のためか外壁のブザーを鳴らして開門してもらう方式でしたが、この時の若い男性スタッフも、チェックアウト時のおじさまも、素敵な笑顔でそつなく対応して下さり、予定変更で焦る気持ちが大変和らぎました。お部屋は広く可愛らしく清潔で、シャワーブースも広く、また、予備の毛布などもたくさん備え付けてありました。置いてあった冊子でBourg-en-Bresse の魅力も知ったので、次回はここに泊まって、じっくり観光したいと思っています。”

“We had an amazing experience staying in the amazing Chateau de Varambon. Countess Boissieu and host Thibaud were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was authentic and delicious. The chateau and its surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful.”

“We were going to be getting to the hotel late on the day we checked in. Our travel plans allowed us to stop by in the morning and we talked to the owner. The room wasn't ready, so they took our bags to our room and left the key in the room. This allowed us to not be stressed about timing through the day. The hotel is in a small, quiet town - it was a great place to stay. The breakfast was also exceptional.”
