A less than 4 minute drive to Julian's main street, you will feel relaxed once you step into our tiny home. Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, our tiny home has everything you could want for your getaway. The front of the house has a deck and a wooden pergola perfect to enjoy a quiet evening in the woods. We love Pets so we welcome them very much. There is a 25 dollar pet fee due at time of booking. Please be aware of the pets and animals in the surrounding properties, so as to avoid any incidents. One free parking spot available on Salton Vista Dr. outside by the pergola. please do not park in the paved driveway. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. No smoking inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided by the pergola area. It isn't allowed to smoke in any other area, Julian is a High Fire Hazard Severity Zone. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to spend the night. The maximum property capacity is 4 people.
