“We actually had a bit of a hiccup when we arrived at the property and couldn't get in. I messaged the host and he called straight away and within a few minutes had rectified the situation. A very genuine person that is local to this area so was able to step in and sort the situation in real time and very efficiently. Lovely property that suited our needs perfectly.”
