Le logement est très confortable et la véranda où l’on prend le petit-déjeuner (très copieux, bonnes confitures maison) est une invitation à la promenade au milieu du jardin.

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”
“This is a good place to stay in Rouen. Nice room, friendly staff, good condition, great location. Our only complaint is that our room was very cold. The thermostat in the room did not work. Temps were in the 40’s during our stay. We were told that there was no heat for the room, but no other explanation . We kept the towel warmer turned up high and that was out only heat. We were glad to leave after our 4-night stay. ”
