“We stay here every year and love the property and the owners. It’s clean, has everything we need for a 4 day stay - kitchen, board games, washer dryer, comfy beds! A short 10 minute drive to the main beach access and main strip with all the activities. We will be back next year!”

“I loved how my dogs could roam the yard due do it being fenced! It felt homey and comfortable. It had everything we needed and owner answered my questions very quickly. Only thing I wished for is a four person sized table and chairs so we could have had the room to play cards or board games, and a little more room to eat. We’ll bring our folding card table and chairs along next visit. We’ll be back for sure!”

“The TV did not work. Had to buy DVDs to play. Left front burner doesn't get hot enough and the oven knob has no temperature for cooking on it. I was told one price and charged another. Would never stay again as it had too many steps and would not get the TV to work ”

“Fabulous condo! It was very clean and comfortable. It's nicely decorated in a tasteful coastal theme. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the tools we needed to make some yummy seafood dishes. The beds were very snuggly and comfortable. We definitely recommend renting this condo!”

“Nice spot that's very close to the beach access, walkable to the beach. The space was adequate for 6 of us, though one had to sleep on the couch (a sleeper sofa would be awesome). Deck to the bwck area with dedicated smoking area further out. Gas bbq! Kitchen has everything you could need for a multi-night stay. Very happy and would come back in a heartbeat!”

“It was a nice find, it can be hard sometimes to find something with your own personal hot tub as well as family and pet friendly. We had a really nice time connecting as a family and my boys really enjoyed having there own personal space. The layout was perfect.”

“This was a special gathering for our family - my parents owned this home for some 20 years before Jim purchased it, and he has done a wonderful job both updating the home and maintaining it. My brother and I, and our families stayed at this VRBO and the adjoining home. It is well worth your visit. Though the direct ocean view has recently been obscured by recent construction, there are still peekaboo ocean views and great ocean and beach access. Thank you, Jim, it was a special time for……
