“Absolutely perfect. Our family stayed here for our Son's graduation from Basic Training at Fort Moore. It's a 40-50 min. commute to Columbus, Ga. where the base is. The property and house is beautifully situated on peaceful and quiet pastures adjacent to undeveloped forest with wonderful views. We were treated, and felt like family by the property owner. Our Son just wanted to lay low and recuperate from his training, and this was absolutely the perfect spot. The fully appointed kitchen allowed……

“We chose to stay at this property because we wanted to visit our son stationed at Ft. Benning. This house was perfect. Extended family came as well. The pool and hot tub area was great. The house has everything and anything you could need including games and toys for younger kids. It’s 20-30 minutes from downtown Columbus and Ft. Benning. We would definitely stay here again. It was so peaceful!”

“My family (2 adults, 1 teen and 11 yr old) met up with my in laws (2 adults, 7 year old and 4 year old) for a quick weekend visit. They live in SC and we are in AL so this was almost perfectly in the middle. Everyone had a great time. There was plenty to do for the varying ages of the kids. Between the swing set, kayaks, and exploring the property the my were busy and tired. My son brought his fishing stuff and caught his first fish off the dock within 15 mins!! “We had a great stay at the deck house. The place was perfect and plenty of room for our group. Sitting on the decks during the morning and afternoon were our favorite. At night we joined in the living room for games.The best room to sleep in is the back bedroom. It is the furthest away from the kitchen and I didn’t hear anything.The property was well maintained. They even had good tissue paper which is a plus.I do recommend arriving before it gets too dark, at least for the first time.Jarod……

“This is an older house so you have to keep that in mind. The place was clean and communication was great with the property manger. The location was very convenient since we had business at the Thomaston airport. ”
