“Overall great place and experience ”

“This is a great place to stay on the beach. There's plenty of seating and a nice well equipped kitchen. Plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware, which I find isn't always the case when renting one of these units. Huge fridge. The only negative I have is that the king size bed upstairs was not comfortable for me. ”

“The house was perfect for our family of 10. We appreciated the safety features of the completely gated pool area and the door alarms. The house was very spacious and the beds are comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen had all the utensils etc that you would ever need. The beach is literally steps away and the viewing deck was enjoyed by all. The beach front is beautiful and very clean. The tennis/pickleball court was perfect for after dinner fun…. there is plenty of outdoor……

“The house is re-done, mid-40s bungalow style, with all the amenities. Erica was very communicative. The provided snacks were a welcome sight at the end of a long drive. Beach access was relatively close and we had almost completely to ourselves - maybe due to time of year, but really nice. All the beach amenities were provided which was great. Photo is of us at our ‘private’ beach. Only issue was air handler is in the close of one of the bedrooms and is quite loud. We tried to manage……

“Right on the ocean steps from the beach this was an excellent beach vacation spot. Booked it to get a little beach time before a cruise but was just amazed by how fantastic this place was. A little way out of downtown so not so busy beach chairs umbrellas boogie boards. The game room was awesome the layout of rooms perfect for teens and young adults having a separate space. Great to watch a space x launch. Close to restaurants Kennedy Space Center and cruise port I couldn’t have been happier ”
