There’s nothing unique about it. We were assigned to a room on second floor; but asked if we can have at upper floors ; the front desk told us all the upper level rooms are under renovation. Next day, from another staff we learned that rooms at 7th floor were available for guests. !
Eighty percent of the hotel is under construction
The room right across ours was under construction; there was noise and dust.
Had we known about this we would have reserved another Hotel. Expedia did not give this information. So we want to be compensated by some way.
Also the room we stayed was spacious but all furniture carpet etc were old. We did not get the route money’s worth.
