The one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features an open living floor plan with a modern farmhouse ambiance. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a spacious veranda adorned with charming LED string lights. The kitchen is well-appointed and includes a natural stone backsplash, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer), microwave, propane cooktop/oven, pantry, and garbage disposal. The primary bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed, features an en suite bathroom with a walk-in glass-enclosed shower and a large custom closet. Additionally, the living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, accommodating two additional guests. For your convenience, there is a stacked washer/dryer located inside the master suite.

The property offers a well-lit carport that can accommodate two vehicles, and there is ample parking available, including EV charging facilities (for an additional fee). The Spruce House is also an ideal venue for hosting various gatherings such as birthdays, baby showers, wedding showers, weddings, receptions, corporate events, romantic getaways, business retreats, family reunions, and for out-of-town guests visiting locals.
For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front door of each unit, including the hot tub. There are NO inside cameras. Cameras are monitored by the host at anytime via a smartphone app. The cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
