“This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. This little house was right on the river with amazing views of the river. Very relaxed vibe, chairs out on the porch and a fire pit facing the river. The bed was comfortable too! Highly recommend. ”

“Amazing trip to the little moose Cabin over spring break. The cabin is the perfect location, in the woods and private but 15 minutes from all the downtown things you could want. Simms was a great host! Cabin was so cute and welcoming! Saw LOTS of bear which was amazing!! Had a great stay, definitely recommend”

“We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful little house. We loved looking at the stars from the hot tub, playing games, eating breakfast out on the deck, and eating at many of the wonderful local restaurants (Ole Guacamole and Blue Ridge Biscuit Kitchen were amazing!) There are so many pretty parks and ways to enjoy nature as a family. We hope to return ASAP, highly highly recommend!”

“Was able to spend some quality time with my youngest to relax and reset during spring break. The location was perfect and relaxing for a both! We were able to visit with family in 2 separate locations (Mars Hill and Marshall) and convenient to Hot Springs! Took a short hike while in Hot Springs, which was a great escape into nature! Even made a day trip over to Sevierville TN! I hope we can book another stay to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Western NC and Eastern TN!!”

“Overall, it was a good stay. Cabin had ample room and amenities. It was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom materials. Our only criticism was there were no test strips for the hot tub (we ave had several tubs and were very critical about testing the chemicals before we got in…but that’s just our own pet peave). All in all, it was a good stay. ”

“The cabin was very nice & well furnished! Had everything you would need. A few things- I wish the listing had been more transparent there was absolutely NO INTERNET in or partially on the way to the cabin. If we had not had GPS in our vehicle, we wudve been totally lost because our phones did not work to pull up directions. Also, I wish there had been more window coverings on the downstairs windows because you can see straight into the cabin from the driveway and in the bedroom. Too much……
