The property was fine and has good potential to be better, but it needs some maintenance and cleaning. The living room had a funny smell and there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms. There were some repairs needed, although it was primarily for cosmetic things. These things did not functionally affect our stay, but they didn't make it more comfortable either. If you're looking for a luxury hotel experience this isn't for you, but for a medium-sized group on a short stay at the price point offered, it was fine.Check-in/out instructions were not provided ahead of time but the host was responsive when messaged and was polite. There was plenty of parking, and the property was in a good area with plenty of stores, restaurants and things to do nearby.

We stayed here as we evacuated from Hurricane Milton. It was comfortable and plenty of room. Nice fenced in yard for kids and/or dogs. The host was responsive via phone/text.
