The condo is upgraded with new furniture, newer kitchen, and new baths. Includes free high-speed WiFi and TV in both rooms. Across from the pool, a short distance to the beach.

You will have an access to bedroom, 2 baths, living room, patio, and kitchen. A hot tub and tennis courts are part of the amenities.

The rental agreement and HOA application must be completed and signed 3 DAYS AFTER RESERVATION IS MADE- otherwise your booking is subject to cancellation. By making a reservation you agree to comply with all rules and regulations of the Jupiter Bay Condominium Association. A check for $25 needs to be brought on day of arrival to office for parking permit pass.

There is a restriction on pets the size of which don't exceed 20 pounds.

Pool hours are 9:00 a.m. to Dusk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
