“It is a nice small 4 season hotel. It was located in the central of Mumbai with a slump just next to it. It is quite an experience. What I want to say is that the room is clean and nice as usual 4 seasons standard. conceiage will go over the distance to make you feel comfortable. You will be surprised of the area it was located, but as India as it is, it is always the mix of things that makes the trip fun, will definitely stay again.”

“The staff were above and beyond helpful with meals, dry cleaning, and recommendations. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious each day. The room was large, modern, clean, and facing away from the noise of the streets. The view was lovely and private. I think we had a much better stay than our travel companions who stayed at another hotel 4 minutes away. I would recommend Hotel Amigo to anyone travelling to Mumbai. Also: loveliest security officer who was always up for a chat upon our daily……

“I was in India on a business trip in many small towns, and as a last step before catching the flight - I used this hotel. Very clean, very efficient, and friendly staff. “I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit……
