“As an asian city person, it was almost impossible to imagine living on a lake during winter. Although I couldn’t see any aurora during the days I stayed in Inari, it was satisfying looking into the sky in the cabin at night and under sunlight. The hosts are very nice and friendly that he helped me to check the aurora status and the flight status of leaving Inari (since the corona virus is spreading and many flight has been cancelled). He also helped me to register for the activities in Inari……

“If you need a place to sleep for a night you get that. A bed and a working toilet. Good for a solo dude traveling through. If you want any amenities, look elsewhere.”

“Near the lake. 10 mins walk to supermarket. The house was clean and heater was warm. Can cook but no microwave. Hot water can only supply for one person. Next person need to wait for hot water.”
