“My family of 4 and I had a great time at the Honua Kai resort. Our particular unit was very spacious and had a huge wrap-around deck with a nice view of the mountain and grassy areas. The kitchen is small but is well-stocked as we cooked quite a bit. Honua Kai facilities are very nice with multiple pools and hot tubs and convenient access to the beach and food truck park as well. The Duke’s restaurant is nice but a bit pricey and mediocre food. You pay for the view and convenience but staff is……

“Loved our stay there. The place was perfect for our needs. It is so well equipped with all the little extras. There were condiments and other food staples. We used the last coffee pod and then replaced with a new box. Such a nice casual system. Our only issue was with working the tv. This place feels homey and comfortable. Of course the highlight is the location and that view. it is right on the Beach Walk and just a mile to Whalers Village. ”

“Location - right next to the dumpster and the smoking section… nothing like trash and smoke smell all week. The room was similar to a rundown super 8, not clean, the beds were not comfortable and didn’t really feel comfortable staying there. There was 1 box of Kleenex with 2 tissues in it, lack of dishes had us running dishwasher daily, and the demands by the host made us feel like we had to leave it cleaner than when we came. We were not impressed in the least and will not recommend nor stay……

“Fun trip with the family, 6 adults, comfortable beds and easy beach access. Location is nice if you have people who have mobility issues with easy drop off access, close to lobby and shuttles.”

“The property grounds are beautiful, family friendly, clean and very accessible. The condo was beautiful. It has all the amenities; fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms were large and functional, the bedrooms had ample room, and the living space was a great place for all of us to get together and relax. The property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. We received an email with very detailed instructions on how to access the room.We would highly recommended staying here. ”

Very clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. They were attentive to our needs and checked in to see how we were doing. We loved everything about where we stayed and would highly recommend it.
