Great location
- Exit 15 from Sapporo JR station, it is around 15 min walking underground path but mostly accessible with luggage. If it is snowing outside you don't have to worry about moving the luggage in the snow!
Staff very helpful
Room is similar size as Tokyo hotel room( a little bigger)
There is small table with chair you can use your laptop tablet on but opening out luggage for packing will be a bit cramped, maybe because my single bed room is at the corner of the building is the reason. The room is quiet even it is facing a road and a gas station across the street. TV is modern and the WiFi (glad they have WiFi 6) is fast.
Parking is next door
Multi-floor parking that belongs to nearby building but it will charge 1500 yen overnight, remember get the hotel counter to get discount for your parking everyday before you drive out , they will stamp your parking ticket to reduce 500 yen charge.
The breakfast serve in the 2/F cafe. The public bath and laundry machine at 2/F. The bath is great for relaxing after a day of work.
Will come again next time when visiting Sapporo

"1. 訂房時無法知道會入住沒有冷氣、通風不良的房間， 2. 靠近浴室端有非常強大的風爐噪音 3. Check in 時，長時間等待、係文員工作效率的管理出了問題 4. 除非不得已、不會再入住這樣的旅宿。"

很美很滿意，會再入住
"房間很乾淨，視野很美（但一定要雪景）。 櫃檯人員英文流利，小而美的飯店（飯店設計很有時尚感和美感），我們住宿的時候沒有什麼房客，幾乎沒有遇到其他人。 適合喜歡安靜的旅客。 房間有洗脫烘洗衣機可以洗乾淨所有毛巾，所以也不太需要打掃，我們住三個晚上都沒有要求整理房間。 美麗的廚房廚具和餐具齊全（但木頭砧板太小），老公煮了很好吃的日式火鍋。 房間內的氛圍非常優雅浪漫，度過很夢幻美好的四天。 非常喜歡，如果還有去北海道，會選擇再入住的飯店。"
