“I did not stay atvthe hotel because on my arrival atvthe hotel, I was told thete was no room for me. The said they do not honour bookings done online or through a 3rd party such as hotel.com, hence I was left stranded and had get a taxi to physically look for another hotel. Its such a bad service this hotel hotel intends to use the 3rd party platform to advertise themselves but do not honour any bookings done through online because they want customers to pay more”
