“Thought adults only ment no little kids running around, but this is an intimate time hotel. Big rooms but no keys and reception has to unlock room for you.”

Personeel deed hun best maar als het al lastig is om een Taxi te bestellen dan snap je het als Hotel niet.
Milieuvriendelijk allerminst, maar dat heb ik in Japan sowieso, alles zit in plastic.
Hotel ligt ook wel beetje achteraf en je bent dus afhankelijk van openbaar vervoer, auto of Taxi. ”

I am from HK, speak both Chinese & English
They can speak English well but I am listening impaired, and they used their translate Apps to translate to Chinese for me to read, and I talk to them in English.
Room are clean and tidy. Basic daily consumable (tooth brush, comb, watet, towels...) are fully provided.
Disadvantage is the Hotel is in the middle of 2 metro station, need about 5-10 mins to walk. I choose to take Taxi to Nagoya Station with my luggage, cost is only 1500 yen.
Area around hotel mostly business building, not many shops (but a 24hr store at the corner). Very quite at night. Need to walk 10-15mins to Sakae station area will have more shops & restaurant at night.
One minor issue is Hotel lift only down to 2/F Lobby.
There is only 1 escalator going from 1/F to 2/F, normally upwards. Staff said they can change it to downwards for you if need carry lugeage to 1/F. But I didn't use this service so need to carry my luggage to walk down stairs. "
