Attention: Due to the proximity to the ocean, the salt air can accelerate the deterioration of metal surfaces, appliances, and other materials in and around the home. We want to ensure a comfortable stay and maintain the quality of our beachfront properties.

To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast.
