“Overall my Fiance' and I really enjoyed our stay at the resort! I did not know upon booking that this was a Hilton, nor did I know that this was a timeshare until I read google reviews that warned patrons about sales tactics from the concierge. Thankfully we did not experience this, but it is worth mentioning. "This hotel exceeded my expectations, although the price was a bit over my budget. However, its great location makes it perfect for exploring the Grand Canyon, and the service is exceptional. I arrived early, and they kindly allowed me to check in without any extra charge. When I discovered that my window was blocked by a wall, they also accommodated my request to change rooms. The coffee and tea in the lobby were delightful. If I plan to visit the Grand Canyon again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice."
