“This house in the perfect location and a lovely design. However it's very tired and needs some serious love.If I had paid perhaps up to 400 per night this would have been somewhat acceptable but to pay over 700 night was exorbitant!It was booked a few weeks beforehand which left me with very minimal choice, however the photos left me with the impression that it was a well maintained property.”

“The place was clean and tidy, well set up for a large group. Sadly my Dad and I arrived late at night so didn’t get to really experience the property much but I could imagine it being a wonderful escape for a big family or group of friends to enjoy. Walking distance to shops, cafes and the local pub/restaurant as well as the Farewell Spit tour company (which is why we were late arriving). “We had a wonderful stay at this special spot in Golden Bay. The views of the estuary and bay were absolutely stunning, with ever-changing light and beauty throughout the day. The location is perfect—close to Collingwood and Farewell Spit, yet peaceful and secluded. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the best we've experienced.A highlight was listening to Ruru calling at night and watching a lightning storm move across the bay after dark—an unforgettable experience.……
