Pros:
Great location, easy to find, nice view, close to beach, ample parking, comfortable beds, quiet, easy elevator access
Cons:
This place was designed for someone who does not cook and who is very tall. Kitchen design is horrible. Microwave was positioned above my wife's head and she is 5' tall. I am 5' 9" . Cabinets are similar. The bottom shelves of the cabinets are the only parts of the cabinets that can be easily accessible. There is very limited counter space and this limited space was cluttered with bowls of artificial fruit and a very large tray. The counter by the stove was so limited that if you are right handed you cannot stir or cook anything from the right side of the stove because you will hit the wall and the refrigerator.
They ask you to take out the trash daily, yet they left us 4 trash bags for our 11 day stay. They want you to run the dish water frequently and we were given 3 packets of dish washing soap. They tell you to take inventory and then go buy what you need.
The bathroom sinks are very tall bowls set on very high cabinet countertops. No shampoo or lotion, and all that was there was a tiny bar of round soap.
I specifically looked for a unit with A/C. I need cool air to sleep at night. I tried to turn the unit down and it would not go below 72 degrees. When I called management about this, they said that this temp was set by the owners. Sleep was not good.
Location was great and we would stay in this complex again, but not in this unit.
