The room is spacious and bright, the bathroom facilities are very good, the kitchen utensils are complete, and the washing and drying equipment are very good! It is a very favorite accommodation for our family! The view outside the window is also very good!

Kona Coast was a Great Resort and perfect location for access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean and very spacious it was exactly what we needed. But, to be honest I was very skeptical because of the reviews about the roaches but Thank God we did not encounter any roaches in our place but I did wake up everyday fearful that I may see one so I wasn’t totally at ease during my stay. We were on the 3rd floor in Section 30 so very close to the restaurant, pool and gym so it was perfect. The food and drinks at the restaurant was delicious and we ate there everyday for breakfast or lunch. Their breakfast sandwiches were a big hit. Im glad we decided to pick this resort despite some of the negative reviews. It was a Grest stay and I highly recommend it if you find the availability.

The staff were lovely and accommodated our early arrival. Our unit was huge, and we appreciated the coffee and laundry supplies. The property was generally quiet and maintained. Our unit was pretty dated, and in need of a thorough remodel. It was musty, but that smell mostly went away after a few hours. We also noted that the windows and doors were unlocked so that seemed unsafe.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ressort genossen - die Pools, Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die Lage, das Speise- und Getränkeangebot haben uns überzeugt. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Zustand der Apartments - es ist alles vorhanden, insbesondere in der Küche. Allerdings sind sie bereits etwas abgewohnt. Deutlich wurde dies bspw. an gebrochenen Fliesen. Wir würden dennoch jederzeit wieder buchen und dort auch länger als 4 Tage verbringen.

The location is superb and the property very well maintained. The staff of this resort was helpful and very well equipped. There are beaches and a shopping mall in easy walking distance. Snorkeling equipment is available at the resort. In short this a complete vacation package, would definitely return

The resort was extremely clean. We are picky about where we stay and this place was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. It was also nice being able to cook our own meals and have adequate cookware to do so. I highly recommend this resort.

Thank you for the hospitality. The property, amenities, location, and staff earned an A plus. Check in was really easy. The garage for our jeep was awesome (tarps off)! The condo had AC. Check out my itinerary. I stayed for 10 days. I would highly recommend this vacation for those who love recreation. Mahalo! Everything was great. The pool was nice. The condo was big and spacious. The only thing that was annoying was one of the employees in the check in office wouldn’t give us pool towel on our last day. My flight didn’t leave until 10pm. So we left our luggage at the resort. We were going to enjoy the pool until we were leaving for the airport. But the employee said no we can’t give you towels. This is something we don’t do. Everything was great until that. Kind of gave me a bad taste in my mouth on our way out.

My family stayed 6 days in an upper condo-like unit which included a furnished kitchen washer/dryer. AC was included in my package. At check in, we were invited to take advantage of a 90 minute properly tour to earn gifted, which we declined without issue. The morning after our first night we saw a few cockroaches, but after cleaned after ourselves (washing dishes, cleaned the kitchen area, and taking out all trash) there were no issues with insects. Keeping windows open and ceiling fans moving while we were away adventuring helped lessen any odors from humidity. Overview we had a great stay. The property is well maintained. Of coarse there are a few minor cosmetic things that could be repaired, but they seemed to address those periodically.
