“1.They prepared very very poor breakfast for guests , even basic coffee is cold , I could not believe it is a 5-stars hotel, and it charged usd 150/per night.It is not worthy at all.
2.The staff in the reception is very cool, proud attitude and no smile . That made us feel that we are not welcome.”
“We arrived with a car and there was plenty of parking at the hotel. Hotel itself walking distance to all sites.
Wish we could remember the name of the receptionist who checked us in as he was fantastic! He even wished one of the party a Happy Birthday on the check-out the next day. Fabulous service.
The pool area was lovely and the room was perfect.
Breakfast was a buffet style and plentiful.
