“The location was good, it located near to Nara Station and the attractions. All services provided were automatic. We checked in, checked out, stored our luggage all by ourselves. I have called the hotline via the phone in the reception to inquire about luggage storage and the staff quickly answered my call.”

“It’s a really wonderful experience of staying in Nara for one night. The position just next to the subway is convenient enough that we can meander around the city immediately after check in. The staff is friendly and hospitable , he led us to the room with hot match tea, and we got a tea souvenir the next day. The public outside onsen is also the highlight, we enjoy very much with Kasuaga hotel and hope we would visit again soon in the future!”

“Nous ne nous attendions pas à une chambre de ce standing pour le prix que nous avons payé. C’est une chambre traditionnelle avec un charme certain qui vous attend, moderne et très bien équipée. Le personnel est avenant. Nous avons pris notre dîner en room service, les plats étaient très bon et le service impeccable. Nous aurions apprécié du pain avec notre repas. ”
