“Es sind die Kleinigkeiten die negativ auffallen. Beim Check in ein wenig mehr Empathie. Beim Frühstück mehr Personal, dass die Tische leiser und öfter Zwischendurch abräumt. Gardinen im Zimmer, die die richtige Länge haben und nicht auf dem Boden aufliegen. Ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit, Staubflocken auf dem Schrank. Die Willkommenswasserflasche nicht für übertriebene 3€ verkaufen.”

“Neubau im Innenhof mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern mit Sitzecke und Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank etc. verfügbar. Kleinigkeiten können optimiert werden, z.B. steht in der Sitzecke eine Stehlampe für die aber weit und breit keine Steckdose gibt. Lesen in der Sitzecke geht daher nicht. “Die Rezeption ist zwar selten besetzt aufgrund Personalmangels, aber es hat trotzdem alles super geklappt. Die Zimmer sind toll, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders toll ist, dass man eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz vor der Tür bekommt. Also alles super!”

“The only reason I am NOT giving this hotel 5 stars is because our room was never cleaned during the six days we stayed. We asked at the front desk and both times we returned to a room that had not been cleaned. Primarily we just wanted the garbage emptied and some new towels. No explanation, it just wasn't done. Other than that, I was happy with the hotel, the room and it's location. ”
