THE ONYL THING I WOULD RECOMMEND IS MORE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS. THE BREKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER AND INCLUDED MORE OF A SELECTION OF CHEESE, MEATS, FRUIT ETC I WOULD RETURN AS IT HAS A LOT OF POSITIVES PLUS EVERYONE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND DOG FRIENDLY. IT WAS NICE TO SEE A VARIETY OF DOGS.”

“Everything are alright. Yet, the ones whose just arrive at Basel may not able to find the way to the hotel easily. Also, the reception didn't operate all day. Overall, This hotel remains excellent and worth a mention when talking hotels in Basel.”

“Lovely little hotel with rral personality and great service, wine and food. Beds (mattress) are a bit hard (but I find this in all Swiss hotels i have stayed in)”

“Das Hotel ist trotz des alten Gebäudes wirklich angenehm: Austattung und Lage in der Altstadt. Parkplätze sind in ca. 100 m Fußweg vor dem Stadttor verfügbar, von 19-8 Uhr sogar kostenlos.”

“Vi bokade sista minuten för en familj på fyra på genomfört och fick en svit. Stort och rymligt och modern inredning. Tyvärr lite ljudligt med fönster mot gatan. ”

“General condition is good. It is a clean, nice hotel. Location is slightly far from convention center and central train station. No air condition will be a problem in hot summer time.”

“This hotel is clean and convient! Besides, all the staffs over there are quite friendly and did a big favour to me really on my trip. I will stay there on next time and make a highly comment on their service as 4 stars level! I strong recommend you guys to stay here if you plan to visit around Aarau, Basel.... the west-northern area of Switzerland.”
