The team at the hotel refused to check in the guest saying that they longer work with Expedia even with proof of payment and confirmation of booking.
The guest incurred losses in terms booking another place. If you longer work with someone remove your property from the platform or communicate your position in that regard. Terrible

The staff here were great except for the manager. He said my Expedia reservation did not go through and he made me pay again for it. I'm trying to get in contact with Expedia about a refund. He tried to overcharge me for a taxi he arranged, and for flights he said he would book for me, but I declined. I knew I was being overcharged. The hotel itself was nice. However the wifi was spotty at best. The location of the hotel is in a nice suburb. The dining area is very nice. The rest of the staff were kind, warm and very welcoming. The manager was welcoming and friendly at times, but I could not trust him.
