“This retreat is lovely and once we got into the room we actually reserved and paid for, we really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately I can’t say that the reception person was very friendly or welcoming. We reserved and paid for a “Deluxe Cottage with garden view”, but we were put in a 4th floor room in one of the tall buildings and we were told that the garden view was the view out of the windows, which was a view off of the grounds. I don’t know what the rate was for that room, but probably a lot……

“Hotel has no elevator, steps are high, no accessible room. I didn't stay there. I have to leave the hotel because my wife need accessible room and they dobt have a single room which ir accessible for a person with difficulty in mobility. I have arrived around 8:30 pm. I decided to leave immediately. Front desk manager said that if booking agent, expedia call them , they will return the money. Expedia states that they couldn't contact the hotel. I have contacted the hotel. They told that no one……

“Checkin did not offer welcome drink nor mentioned it. Overall staff responsiveness was lacking. Called room service at 6:00 AM for coffee and no one answered for a while. When it was answered we were told that they ran out of milk. First time I am hearing a hotel saying they do not have milk which is very basic. ”
