For anyone considering staying at this hotel, you might want to reconsider. I was a bit leery about staying here when I pulled into the parking lot and immediately saw signs stating not responsible for vehicle, break-ins, or theft. There were several 20-something year oldpeople hanging out by picnic tables on the side of the hotel and didn’t appear to be staying at the hotel. The location is convenient to the highway, but not in the best area. The red roof in right next-door apparently has ongoing problems with unsavory activities. As soon as I checked in my room, I heard a commotion, looked out my window and saw several sketchy people in the red roof parking lot with three police cars just pulling up. Noticed sketchy behavior from that parking lot on and off throughout the rest of the day into the evening. The phone in my room did not work and another customer was complaining about the same thing at the front desk, so apparently this is a common issue. In the middle of the night, some man started banging on my door and woke me up. When I asked who’s there he just wandered off down the hall apparently unable to find his assigned room. Don’t expect to get any sleep if you’re assigned a room that shares a connecting door with an adjacent room. There are big gaps underneath the doors leading to the hall and adjacent rooms that make any conversations sound loud and easily overheard. It appears this hotel is undergoing continuous renovations, but that a fairly slow pace.

Property and grounds are grungy and unsafe. Broken glass and trash all over the place. Elevator has constant smell of marijuana. This location is not suitable for children.

This place was disgusting and would not recommend anyone stay there! Dog food on the floor in our room, long blond hair in the sink(not ours), the toilet didn’t flush properly and when we needed it plunged we were handed a plunger, smelled of smoke and THC, dogs barking, and the continental breakfast was waffle or apple sauce. Then the vending machine just ate the quarters and when asked for them to repay the money put in they said they didn’t know how. I have stayed in some dives before but this one was by far the worst. Oh and during checkin the lady was chomping her gum like a cow with her mouth open, her shirt looked like it hadn’t ever been washed and was wrinkled beyond belief and were told oh by the way we are doing construction so you are going to hear a lot of banging on the walls.

Very old and not kept up. Dirty walls and doors. Fire alarm hanging from the ceiling. Good news lots of hot water. Towels soft and fluffy. Staff friendly. Bed was ok.

Took almost 40 minutes to check in because the computer system was down, TV didn’t work, and in the middle of the night the water was turned off.

We made reservations, with confirmation number and when we arrived at 11:30 pm, we find out we had no room. My wife and I are senior citizens, and my wife is handicapped. The person at the front desk was not very nice. She could of made a suggestion at least on where to stay, no such luck.

It was a nice place to sleep on our trip. However, our room was close to the action and people talked in the hallway at 6am like it was noon.

I was put on the 3 rd floor. I worked on computer until 5 am. Went to sleep. At 8 am workers started directly above my room. The noise was deafening. I tried to sleep but finally Gabe up and left at 9:30 ish. The manager apologized but unacceptable.

Had to change rooms do to tv and cable not working then the second room we were put in refrigerator barely worked could not use microwave cause it blow the power strip and the jacuzzi tub kept turning off every few seconds so we checked out early.

Room had no phone, no alarm clock. Several lamp shades were damaged and there were burns on a couples pillow cases. Our first morning, breakfast was supposed to end at 9. 8am we came down and there was no food other than some bread and cereal, and no milk for the cereal. Seemed bothered when we reported it as the only people working were both at the desk. On the next morning heading to check out the safety rail in the elevator just fell off and hit my foot. Desk worker didn't seem to care at all. Smoke (both cigarettes and marijuana) smell throughout the facility

I don’t understand how such a large building can have such thin walls and floors. Spend the extra $10 and stay somewhere else!!!!!!!
