Booked here for a night. When we got there, there was no one at the front desk. We waited for 20-30 minutes before I tried calling the front desk, which rang for a couple of minutes before the lady finally showed up. When we were finally helped, the lady was rude and did not apologize for the wait. All of this wait only to find out that our reservation had been lost and that there was nothing they could do because they were booked solid for the night. Again, very unapologetic to us with our 3 kids that had been waiting for over a half hour in the front lobby. Not sure if the booking problem was the hotel or Expedia, but the service and the way that it was handled was awful. Also very disappointed in Expedia for not replacing our room for a comparable stay, we needed a place for 5 people and they would not cover a 2nd room. Absolutely awful experience and I will not be using Expedia again.
