“This was a wonderful place for our family of five (kids 3-9). The house is pleasant, clean, and well-stocked. Noise proofing was excellent- we sometimes heard quiet sounds of people walking upstairs, but that was it. There was enough space to avoid being on top of each other. The pool is lovely and good for kids. We loved the access to the beach club and beach and appreciated the pool noodles, buckets, and digging tools. Jim and Helen were gracious and responsive. ”

“The condo was beautiful and peaceful. Chris was the perfect host and answered our questions quickly and kindly. It was much more pleasant dealing with a real, live host in comparison with a cut and dried mangement company with rules and not a lot of heart. This condo is in a very special location at the end of the other condos and was gorgeous inside with many lovely artifacts. Our family rented three condos in this location and Chris' beat them all. ”

“The property was perfect for the six of us (two teens, me, my husband and my husband’s parents. There were enough beds for everyone. “Host/managers were quick to respond and fix some minor issues that cropped up at the start of our 10 day stay. House is well-appointed and we made use of washer/dryer. I actually looked forward to hearing the frogs each night, and the roosters crowing in the morning. The covered deck was really nice since we had a lot of rain. Plenty of towels. Full size fridge. “The house was plenty big for our group of 6. We enjoyed the pool very much, we swam at least once a day. The outdoor shower was great to get cleaned up after a day at the beach.
