“Altough walkable to downtown Penticton's Main St, driving acces somewhat trickier because of the Kettle River preventing direct access by car. No problem once you figured how. Saw a deer in a nearby house's garden one afternoon. An unexpected pleasant surprise. Owners live upstairs and readily solved any issues that might arise. Relatively new VRBO listing. “Butterfly Cottage, awesome little glamping spot, perfect for a little getaway to clear your head, awesome views and a really cool spot for it. Nestled in the village of Willowbrook, where it’s peaceful and very beautiful! The ride up was fun and adventurous. They had a trail leading up to the cabins but we opted for a ride instead. “We loved our time here! The owner was super responsive. The space is big and clean. It is so peaceful. A great place to bird watch and we spent each evening marveling at the bats. The property around it was a bit unkept. The only draw back was the fact that it did not have air conditioning so I had a hard time sleeping. ”
