“While returning from a hectic expedition, we stayed on our anniversary day . The caring and professional staff makes every effort to make our stay comfortable . Shef customised food as per our choice and took regular feedback. They had taken care every request we made. Front office executives ensure a smooth check in and send us route guide and confirmation prior to our arrival. Truly professional but personalised attitude makes the positive difference. ”

“Signed up with Expedia went to property they said no reservation. Spend evening trying to work out with Expedia. Yep said after 30 min we have resolved with property. Assured. Dropped off at check in time. Expedia could not resolve. Said there system not working with Expedia left to figure out . ”

“The resort is located on the hill and has a great view of adjascent hills and valleys.The resort Design is unique and is filled with trees and flowers.The rooms have excellent views of the valley and is quite relaxing. The only drawback of this resort is the prices of food which is prohibitively high and may be big negative for people visiting this place for long holidays.My sinscere advice to the hotel management would be to rethink the food pricing at the resort to make the stays truly……

“Toshali Royal a great host, everything during our stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is fresh and taste good. I must say the staff really knows how to host their guest, all of them are courteous and helpful. Parking can be inconvenient at locations where they are located,but parking staff ensures there are no issues and efficiently handles the parking of your vehicle.”

“Had a great vacation at this resort with my family. The service was amazing. The staff was very helpful and served us well, especially at the dining hall. The food was really good, served hot, right amount of spice and a good variety on the menu. The only suggestion, would be to include more sweet dishes. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, a good variety of north and south indian options. The archery and gun shooting activity was a nice touch, although not very well maintained it was a fun……
