“A cozy cabin with all the essentials but running water AKA Dry. Comfortable queen bed, pull out couch and a loft with couple of coats which we did not need or used. Small fridge and microwave. Chuck had a freezer in the cabin and allowed us to store our salmon during the stay. Chuck and Dorothy were gracious in setting up a propane cook top outside and also provided a pot, pan, dishes and cutlery which were perfect for the two of us making breakfast and dinner. Soldotna was only 18 minutes by……

“We stayed in the A frame just over a week. Cute cabin that was recently updated. While some of the older reviews mentioned not being able to open some windows or windows without screens, they had lovely new windows with screens that we could easily open. Beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated the full size washer and dryer. Loved the outdoor space, firepit and charcoal grill. My daughter spent her evenings reading a book on the tree swing. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Our stay was excellent. Joy and Tom were fantastic. They welcomed us and treated us as family. Joy reached out to me before our scheduled stay to keep me up to date and what to expect. She texed me when the cabin was ready and how to access the cabin and were to park. After we arrived and got settled in was out on the porch when Joy and Tom stopped by and introduced themselves. They let us know about the property and how to access the river. Tom and his dad even came down to check on us when we……

Cabin is set deep in the neighborhood and you will take several right angle turns while on the same road (perhaps due to the history of military and homestead square tracts). ”

“My wife, sister and a long time friend stayed in the cabin for 5 nights. The cabin was cozy, but well appointed, with a fish freezer in the mud room and ample space to get ready in the morning. It is also a 2 minute drive to Bing's landing where we met our Guide - Jeff Moore (Wet and Wild AK Fishing) who was tremendous! The downstairs bedroom was small, but the bed was very comfortable, the loft is roomy with two beds. I would recommend this cabin for 4 people max, although there is a pull……
