“So, this was the first time that I'd ever stayed in a villa in Kalkan having previously stayed at a nearby hotel. Communication from the owner was great as was the payment procedure even though I was a little unnerved about not paying the deposit directly to VRBO. A quick chat with VRBO confirmed that this owner was the genuine article and was to be trusted. Prior to arrival, the owner sent us full details of the villa including WIFI, key safe codes, contact number and even step by step driving……

“We had a fantastic stay for a week. The Suites are comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is quiet and relaxing. It’s in a great location, and everyone is helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. ”

“Lovely villa, only 10 minute walk to centre of Kalkan. Taxi back was cheap at the equivalent of only about £2.50. Lovely roof terrace gives spectacular views over the bay at sunset. Local team available if any problems, who quickly respond. Great location if you have a hire car to explore the many sites around the area.”

Ferhan and her team were incredibly welcoming, we arrived to warm smiles and a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, including homemade biscuits. The flat itself was incredibly clean and so well equipped with everything you could need. The terrace was also lovely and we enjoyed our breakfasts there daily and some wine before we made our way out for dinner. I’ve been to Kalkan many times and this was the best location I’ve……

“Nice place to stay, clean and comfortable. No laundry soap or bathroom amenities besides hand soap, no blankets on the beds. Pool area was nice and because the hotel was fairly empty we were given an upgrade to an apartment with a private pool.”
