“I booked this hotel from expedia but cannot check in when i arrive at around 8pm. The staff told me there is no booking record and all triple rooms were sold already. I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. ”

“The challenge was trying to find the place as the name of the hotel was changed and there were no signs indicating the name we booked the hotel under. A/C didn't work so we had to leave the window open even in the rain. It worked out ok. Coffee maker never worked well and leaked. Desk notified and will change it upon our departure. Staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants. ”
