“Top-notch service! Its the best view of all hotels in Ella! The service is just amazing, Priyantha Takshila and the crew helped us with everything! So warm and friendly! We had some questions and then we got upgradedto the suite ith private jacuzzi and it made our trip even more amazing. They arrenged spa visit, helped with smart planning and schedule and also gave that "extra care and attention" that is hard to find now a days!”

“Wir hatten zuerst beim Empfang einen schlechten Eindruck da wir ziemlich in unser Zimmer gehetzt wurden. Die mitarbeiter wurden aber die nächsten Tage sehr herzlich und haben uns sehr gut umsorgt. Das Frühstück mit dem Ausblick wurde hervorragend präsentiert und man hat sich alle Mühe gegeben das wir uns wohl fühlen. Die Zimmer sind „okay“ der Zustand leider etwas heruntergekommen. “Stunning views, especially of the waterfall. Spacious and clean room. Our balcony was extra large! They served a very delicious breakfast for a good price. We actually enjoyed it more than when we ate in town. The internet was a problem though, it did not work or was so slow it was unusable, but thankfully we had a hot spot to take video calls for work. Would definitely recommend as long as you don’t need internet. ”

“This place is incredible! We were a little worried when our driver initially dropped us off with our bags at the bottom of the steep road and said the road was too tight for the minivan to get through. We walked a little further than we should have, but we found the hotel and as we were escorted to our room our mouths dropped. The room is incredible! We were 3 people, but this place was clearly meant for 6. Two king beds on either side of a little staircase that took you up to 2 single beds……

“2泊3日しましたが、総合的にとても大満足でした！泊まってよかったです！まず、飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜3時になってしまいましたが、メッセージを送ったらその時間でも大丈夫、とのことで、無事に対応いただけました。朝も6:00の電車があり、5:00にチェックアウトと朝食を持たせてくれました。本当に優しいスタッフでした。また、朝食夕食もお願いしましたが、とても眺めのいいレストランで、料理も美味しく、本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました！”
