They helped us with transportation, they made sure we made our ferry when I had times wrong, they met us upon arrival, they gave us a detailed map of the area on pdf form, they had snacks in our room, the room was stocked with anything you could need...I could go on and on. Beyond that, they helped us when we decided to stay another night in Sifnos. They……

“Location, location, location! Right ON the water. Beautiful beach just a short walk away. Pretty secluded except for the 5 or so houses in the cove. Everything in driving distance. ”

“Excellent location close to beach and next to good restaurants and coffee places. The historic house is renovated well and the chairs outside are in excellent state. Cleaning is done every day. We enjoyed breakfast at Echinousa and Raventi. We loved the island Kimolos very much. We got around well with the bus. Walking to Chora only takes 10min. There is even a great open air cinema on different places approx 2x week. We enjoyed watching the movies very much. ”

It was perfectly located on the island -- a few minutes walk right into town for dinner when we wanted to stay close, and centrally located in the island so that no drive was too far, regardless of which beach we set out to explore. The property itself is stunning. Clearly so much love and care has gone into the house and we immediately felt comfortable. Additionally, the property managers were very responsive and helpful. We had a fabulous time. ”

The house is beautifully situated in a large garden and has many terraces with a lovely view to Chora and to the sea. We also enjoyed the two kayaks. The town of Livadi is a cosy little place with a nice beach, good restaurants, a really good ice bar, and very friendly people. We also enjoyed the lemons in the garden. ”

Babis was a perfect host - he loaded the fridge with breakfast items, snacks, juices, and waters, and also showed us a map with detailed restaurant descriptions and fun beaches.The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment is exactly as pictured. Town was an easy 10 minute walk and popular beaches were about 10-25 minutes away by car (if staying on the North side of the island.)
