“The location is right on the central of the city, just opposite to the seafood market. But it is a bit tricky to the drive in guest. The car park is on the opposite building where its 3/F connected to the hotel with a passenger bridge. The reception is on 16/F , not on the G/F. It is difficult to find for a foreign visitor. Be smart, you will be fine.”

“Check-in experience is very do so, 4 staff at counter, but very inefficient, confusing in handling luggage drop off. 4 of us checked out at 7:30 am on 10 Nov Sun morning, we tried to catch taxi in the streets, but very quiet. As we rushed for the train, we asked for assistance from counter staff to call taxi but being rejected even though 3 staff there with no customers. They insisted that we should go outside to catch taxi by ourselves, not until we complained. A lady staff volunteered to help……

“The hotel location is excellent. The room is nice. The staff are friendly but not overly helpful. One can tell that very experienced in the hospitality industry. No kettle in our room which was unusual. No extra towel for the “public bath”. The buffet breakfast was very good as was the option to have breakfast at the Omachi market.”
